On-site technicians take special care to omit any potential identifying information from pictures and videos depicting results from your vehicle's valet booking. These include, but are not limited to, registration information, housing complex information and numbering, and personal information.

Within our booking process, we are committed to handling client particulars in a manner that adheres to recommended POPI guidelines

By confirming a booking, you agree to the photography of the current and future state of your vehicle. In the unlikely event of identified damage, this documentation helps protect against unintended liability. We may retain your booking information for a period of time after your booking date for record and data-tracking purposes
