How to Install or Apply : 

• Decontaminate surfaces

• Polish and panel prep wipe, ensuring surface is dust free  

• Blow out crevices for trapped water from your wash BEFORE installation (Water on your applicator will ABSOLUTELY RUIN your day)

• As a 1-Man install crew Work 1/4 panels at a time (You can push to 1/2 a panel if you're installing in tandem)

• Once primed, the applicator easily covers the 1/4 section. Minimal product required for subsequent reloads

• Do NOT overload with product - more product means more coating to level, increasing likelihood of high-spots.

• Level and Buff - Avoid overlapping sections; especially on darker vehicles. ZR53 does have a "jetting" effect, but not as Significant as NL272

• Cure for at least 2 Days away from direct sunlight and Water

The Verdict

ZR53 is NASIOL's best-selling coating in SA and it not difficult to see why. A single bottle will do up to 2 Sedans with some product to spare. An incredible product that goes on well, spreads easy and cures with incredible slickness and gloss enhancement. This is certainly NOT a weekend-warrior's product. Due to its flash time (~45 seconds) a 1-man install requires demanding precision and attention. If you miss your window, you're gonna be busting out the sandpaper to fix your high-spots. 

It is up there in terms of price, when compared to its peers with similar durability claims. It does however, come with everything you need in the box for install. Great unboxing experience with Quality applicator cloths, dropper and leveling towels all provided.
